Attention International Buyers 
Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with Fuzzy Ink and you will be required to pay them to receive your package. During checkout, all International customers must enter a valid 2-digit state code.  It doesn't matter what code is entered, but it cannot be left blank. Example: WA, NY, TX.


Shipment Tracking
After your order is processed and shipped, a delivery confirmation number is sent to you via email from the United States Postal Service.  Please understand that this is not actually a tracking number, but instead a confirmation of when your item was delivered.  International customers are provided with a customs form which unfortunately does not provide any tracking information.  

 

Back Orders
Any item that is placed on back order will be shipped as soon as it comes back in stock. Orders that contain back ordered products will NOT be shipped until complete. If you need your order quickly, please do not include back ordered items in your order as it may take a few weeks for it to be shipped.

Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal as forms of payment. Debit cards backed by a credit card company (previously listed) are also accepted. Currently, we do not accept money orders, checks or phone orders.


 


 

 

About Our Shirts
All of Fuzzy Ink’s shirts are screen printed on 100% combed cotton fabric, some of the softest and most comfortable shirts that will ever touch your skin. They are cut to show off more of an athletic, form fitting look. If you’re worried about getting the correct size, we suggest ordering the next size up or keeping the shirt out of the dryer. You can also sleep soundly knowing that the entire process, from manufacturing to printing, is done in the United States.  


Washing Instructions
Machine wash cold on delicate cycle. Tumble dry low. Be sure to wash colored shirts separately from whites, especially on the initial wash. You can expect a bit of shrinkage after normal wash. To minimize this, try line drying your shirt instead.

Returns/Exchanges


Wrong/Defective Shirts
We do not currently accept returns, but if we sent you the wrong shirt or the one you received is defective, please contact us at hello@fuzzy-ink.com. Be sure to include your order number and a brief description of what happened and we’ll gladly resolve any issues.


Exchanging Shirts
All unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged within 14 days after delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or would just prefer another size or design, simply pack and return your order to:

Please include original packing slip along with desired size/design. If you no longer have the packing slip please contact us at hello@fuzzy-ink.com for instructions. All shipping and handling charges for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.  We do our best to process exchanges as quickly as possible, but please allow 1-2 weeks for exchange shipment. Please note that we have the right to refuse any exchange if we find items to be in unacceptable condition.

 

Changes/Mistakes on Orders
If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at hello@fuzzy-ink.com and let us know as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we should be able to make the necessary changes. Please be sure to include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order and the desired changes.
